Our verification process involves multiple steps to confirm compliance with age and consent requirements. Uploaders must affirm during submission that all participants are adults and have provided consent. Post-upload, we conduct checks as needed.
- Uploader affirmation: During content submission, users must confirm that all individuals depicted are 18+ and have consented.
- Triggered reviews: Reports or flags prompt immediate investigation, requiring proof such as government-issued ID for age verification.
- AI and human moderation: We utilize advanced AI tools combined with human review to detect non-compliant content, ensuring thorough accountability.
- Content removal: Non-compliant material is promptly removed, with potential account suspension.
- For Content Partners, additional verification applies to models and partners to ensure full compliance.
User Responsibilities
Uploaders are required to maintain records in accordance with 2257 Compliance for at least 7 years and provide proof of age and consent upon request. Users must report any suspected violations via the Contact Form or by emailing [email protected]. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM). For copyright concerns, refer to our DMCA policy.
