This regulation aims to ensure a safe and transparent online environment. As a user-generated content platform, we prohibit targeted advertising based on sensitive data or directed at minors.

User Statistics

Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the DSA, EroZyx.com reports the average number of monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union. As of the latest reporting period ending June 2024, this number is below 1 million. This information is updated every six months.

Content Moderation

EroZyx.com employs mechanisms to report and moderate illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual material, in line with our Acceptable Content Policy. Users can submit notices via our DMCA process for prompt removal. We notify users of moderation decisions as required by the DSA, ensuring transparency in our processes.

Trusted Flaggers

In accordance with Article 22 of the DSA, we prioritize notifications from trusted flaggers awarded such status by relevant authorities. We invite eligible entities to collaborate by contacting us through our Contact Form.

Transparency Reports

EroZyx.com publishes annual transparency reports pursuant to Article 15 of the DSA, detailing content moderation actions, including the number of reports received, actions taken, and automated tools used. These reports are available in our Transparency Report section.

Appeals and Dispute Resolution

Users may appeal content moderation decisions within six months by submitting a request via our Contact Form. For unresolved disputes, we refer matters to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies as per DSA requirements.

Advertising Transparency

Currently, EroZyx.com does not engage in targeted advertising. Should we introduce such features in the future, they will fully comply with DSA provisions, avoiding the use of sensitive data or targeting minors. Further details are outlined in our Advertising guidelines.
