Users can reach us through the contact form: Report a video for content, Support for your account and data, Other for everything else.

Reporting illegal content

Use the Report a video form or the Report link on the video page. Give the address of the video page and explain why the content is illegal. Confirm in good faith that your report is accurate and complete. Your name is optional; we reply to the email address you give.

You get a request number and, if you gave an email address, in most cases a confirmation by email.

How we decide

People on our team review every report that reaches us; no automated tool decides. The contact form accepts no more than two reports a day from the same IP address or account, so put all your links in one message (up to 100).

If we remove a video, it disappears from Erozyx and is blocked from being added again. Visitors do not upload videos, so there is no uploader to notify.

We tell the person who reported a video what we decided and how to complain.

Complaints

If you disagree with a decision on a report, write to the Report a video department; we will look at it again. If you disagree with a decision about your account, write to Support; we will reply. You can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (the European Commission lists them) or to a court.

How we order videos: Recommender System. There are no third-party ads on Erozyx at the moment: Advertising.
