How to send a notice

Send copyright notices through the contact form, department Report a video. Include:

  • your name and email address;
  • the work you own, or a link to it;
  • the address of each video page on Erozyx;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner;
  • your full name as your signature.

Put all your links in one message (up to 100). You get a request number and, in most cases, a confirmation by email; to add more links, reply to it. Save your request number.

What we do

We check each notice. If it is valid, we remove the video from Erozyx and block it from being added again. We reply to the email address you gave.

Removed by mistake?

Visitors do not upload videos, so there is no uploader to send a counter-notice. If you own a removed video and think it was removed by mistake, write to the same department with the video address and your reasons. We will look at it again.

False notices

Send notices only for works you own or represent. A false notice can make you liable for damages.
