Submitting DMCA Complaints

Notices must be in English and include the complainant’s name, contact information, the specific URL of the allegedly infringing material, and proof of ownership. Non-compliant or non-English submissions will be rejected within 7 business days.
Content Removal Policy
Valid DMCA complaints are processed within 48 hours, with infringing content removed expeditiously. Non-specific claims are reviewed but removal is not guaranteed. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. We maintain records of takedown requests for transparency, without disclosing personal data, to uphold our DMCA safe harbor status.

- Complainant’s full name and contact information.
- Specific URL of the allegedly infringing content on EroZyx.com.
- Proof of copyright ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
- A signed statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was in error, submit a counter-notification to [email protected]. Include a description of the removed content, its original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken or misidentified, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court or the court where EroZyx.com is located.
