Users may appeal content removals or account actions via our Contact Form. In line with the Digital Services Act, we offer out-of-court dispute resolution options. During the period, we received 10,000 appeals, with a 25% success rate and an average response time of 7 days.

Partnerships

We collaborate with trusted organizations such as the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to enhance our moderation efforts and report illegal content promptly.

User Statistics and Trends

Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, the average monthly active users in the EU was approximately 5 million. Moderation trends show a 15% increase in removal rates compared to the previous period, reflecting improved detection capabilities.
