These terms apply to Erozyx, the website erozyx.com. In them, “we” means the operator of Erozyx.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Adults only

The site shows sexually explicit videos. Use it only if you are at least 18, an adult under the law where you are, and where viewing such videos is legal for you. On your first visit we ask you to confirm your age. Parents can block the site: see Parental controls.

What the site is

Erozyx is a free catalogue of erotic videos for adults, with hundreds of categories and lists for each language. Video titles, descriptions and translations are prepared with the help of software and can contain mistakes: tell us about one on the feedback page.

Your account

An account is free and optional. You need a nickname and a password; an email address is optional. Keep your password and recovery code safe. You can download your data and delete your account in your account settings.

Rules

When you use the site, do not:

  • let anyone under age use it through your device or account;
  • copy videos, titles or descriptions in bulk, run scrapers or put heavy load on the site;
  • use bots or scripts to add views, clicks or likes;
  • get around limits, blocks or the security check;
  • send false reports or spam through the contact form;
  • break the law.

If these rules are broken, we may limit or block access to the site, or close an account. If you think we made a mistake, write to us through the contact form and we will reply.

Reports and removals

If a video is illegal or uses your work without permission, report it with the Report a video form. We review reports, remove videos that break the law or our Content policy, and block them from being added again. Copyright: see Copyright (DMCA).

Ownership

Each video belongs to its owner. You may use Erozyx for your own non-commercial viewing. Do not copy the design or software of the site.

No guarantee

We provide the site as it is. We may change or stop any part of it at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for content published by others, or for the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. If you use the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.
