Privacy policy

Who we are

This policy explains how the operator of Erozyx (“we”) handles personal data on erozyx.com. We are responsible for that data.

Write to us about your data with the contact form, department “Support”.

When you browse

  • Server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you open, the page you came from, the time and the visitor ID. We use them to run and protect the site and to count visits.
  • Visitor ID: a random ID in a cookie. It lets us count a view or a click once, limit abuse and recognise a browser you have signed in with before. See the Cookie notice.
  • Statistics: pages viewed, videos started, how long they played and where you skipped, player errors, whether an ad blocker is on, how the player was used (pauses, speed, full screen, sound) and which video formats the browser can play, previews shown and clicked, likes and dislikes, list changes, searches, country, device type and language. They are linked to the visitor ID, not to your name. Without a visitor ID, a visit is counted by a code computed from your IP address and browser, and a like or dislike by your IP address. Some records also hold your IP address.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising networks, and we do not sell personal data.

When you create an account

You can watch videos without an account. An account is optional and needs only a nickname and a password. It keeps:

  • your nickname, and your password and recovery code in a one-way coded form that we cannot read;
  • your email address, if you add one;
  • your lists (watch later, saved, liked, watched, followed categories) and your settings;
  • where you signed up from: the page, the website or campaign that sent you, and your country and city as reported by our network provider;
  • your sign-ins: when each session started, was last used and ends, the country it started in, and a one-way coded mark of the browser's visitor ID — not your IP address;
  • your passkeys, if you add them, your avatar, and your account's status and role.

The same account works on the other sites of our network (the download of your account's data lists them): you sign in there with the same nickname and password, and deleting the account deletes it on all of them.

If you sign in, the visitor ID can be connected to your account. To decide whether to email you about a new sign-in, we keep one-way coded marks of the browsers you used, for 180 days, and of your network address, for 90 days — never the address itself. That email shows the IP address, browser and place of the new sign-in.

When you write to us

The contact form sends your message, the email address you give, and your name and a link if you add them, to the team mailbox, and in most cases a copy to that email address. A second letter to the team adds your nickname (or “guest”), your browser, system and device type, the page you wrote from, the page language and the country of your connection — never your IP address.

The form does not store messages on the site. Apart from our logs, it uses your IP address only to check it against blocked addresses, to pass it to Cloudflare's security check and to limit how many messages can be sent, for up to 7 days.

Who else handles data

  • Cloudflare, our network provider: it carries all traffic to the site, protects it, tells us the country of a connection and runs the security check on some forms.
  • Gcore, which delivers preview images and clips. Your browser sends it the site's cookies, as it does for every page of the site.
  • Our hosting and email providers, who store data and deliver our emails for us.
  • Telegram: our team gets short notices in a private chat — about new accounts (nickname, site, page, country, city and where the visitor came from), account events (such as a first sign-in on another of our sites or a recovery by code, with the nickname; a deleted account only by its number) and contact messages (number, department, country and language). The notices never include the text of a message, an email address or an IP address.
  • AI services that write and translate titles and texts for us. We send them the site's own texts and the words people search for, never who searched.

Cloudflare, Telegram and our AI providers are based outside the EU, so data they handle can be processed outside the EU.

Why we use data

  • To provide the site and your account, and to send the emails you ask for (contract).
  • To keep the site and your account secure, including emails about a new sign-in, and to count how the site is used (our legitimate interest in a safe, working site).
  • To act on reports of illegal content (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

  • Server logs: up to 120 days.
  • Application logs: up to 90 days.
  • Statistics that hold an IP address: up to 210 days.
  • Visit summaries and daily visitor counts (by visitor ID, or by the code computed from the IP address and browser): up to 10 years.
  • Likes and dislikes on videos, with the visitor ID or the IP address: no time limit is set.
  • The watched list of an account: the latest 200 videos from the last 90 days, or 365 days if you confirm an email address.
  • Contact form limits: up to 7 days.
  • Sign-in and sign-up limits, counted by IP address: up to a day, and up to 30 days for an address that is barred from signing up.
  • Account data: until you delete the account. Deleted accounts can remain in database backups for up to 30 days, and the record of their sign-up in our application logs for up to 90 days.
  • Contact letters in our mailboxes and notices in our team chat: no fixed period is set.

Logs and statistics are deleted a month at a time, so a record can stay up to a month longer than shown. Server and application logs from September 2026 are kept for up to 210 days.

Your rights

You can download your account's data and delete the account in your account settings. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete or move your data, or to limit or object to how we use it, with the contact form. You have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Children

The site is only for adults. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

Changes

We may change this policy. The version on this page is the current one.
