- Support — your account, your data, playback and anything about using the site;
- Report a video — illegal content or a copyright complaint (see Copyright (DMCA));
- Advertising, Partnership, Creators and studios, Press — business questions;
- Site bug — something on the site does not work;
- Other — anything else.
After you send a message, you get a request number and, in most cases, a confirmation by email. Save the number. We reply from the department's address; to add something, reply to the confirmation. One message can be up to 10,000 characters.

A copyright complaint can be sent by the owner of the work or by someone authorised to act for them. By sending one, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are that person and that your notice is accurate.
Your request gets a number; save it. We answer by email. To add links, reply to the confirmation or send a new message with the number.
Anyone can report an illegal video (minors, no consent): we remove it as soon as we verify it.
